Title Tricks
If you are tying your targeted phrase to a geographic location try this.
Use your primary phrase, we will use SEO for this example and 16601 as the locations zip code.
So for our title we would want to use it like this:
{GEO ZIP} {CITY STATE that corosponds to this zip} {GEO ZIP AGAIN} {PRIMARY PHRASE} {page description}

So in the real world we would use

16601 Altoona PA 16601 SEO | Maps and Details

If you would like to see how well this works go to Google and type in SEO 16601 or 16601 SEO   you can also use 16602 and 16603 as the other 2 zips for this location.

It seems the added repeat of the zip makes all the difference in the world.

Description Tricks:
In your description you should include the GEO Zip portion of your Title and also the description in the title. Leave out the primary phrase here as you want the GEOZIP to be the primary and use phrases related to your primary phrase instead.

So as in our title example above using 16601 and the GEOZIP and SEO as the primary the meta description should look something like this:

16601 Altoona, PA. Maps and Internet Marketing data.

Between the Title and the Meta Description this should help you increase your Search Engine Resupts greatly.
